2020 ENERGY STAR® Certified

The ENERGY STAR symbol is the internationally recognized and trusted mark of high efficiency. The symbol means that a product, new home, building, or industrial facility is certified as energy efficient. ENERGY STAR Canada is a voluntary partnership between the Government of Canada and organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to promote energy efficiency.

ENERGY STAR makes it easy for Canadians to make energy-efficient choices that help them save money on energy bills, increase their competitiveness, and fight climate change.

2020 Fitwel

As part of QuadReal's commitment to wellness in the workplace, Evergreen earned Fitwel certification from the Center for Active Design (CfAD). Fitwel is a building rating system that provides guidelines on how to design and operate healthier buildings. The West Tower participated in a QuadReal corporate pilot initiative and is one of the first buildings to be certified in Canada. QuadReal is also part of the Fitwel Advisory Council.

2019 LEED Gold certification for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance

Evergreen achieved ‘LEED GOLD– EB’ status, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings. The designation recognizes actions taken to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship with their tenants and operation practices. Learn more here.

2016 BOMA BEST Silver

The second highest level of recognition in the program. The BOMA BEST program is a recognition and certification program for commercial buildings in Canada. It was designed, developed and is administered by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Canada and BOMA British Columbia. Learn more here.
