From Highway 1, take exit 26 and follow signs for Hastings Street. Remain on BC-7A W / E Hastings St, until Howe street. Turn right onto Howe Street followed by a left of West Pender. The Evergreen Building is located on your right hand side.
The parking lot at Evergreen Building is monitored by QuadReal Property Group and parking spots are exclusively for tenants.
Entrance to the parkade is via Hastings Street and an access fob is required to open the gate.
For visitors, there is street parking as well as parkades nearby at 1166 West Pender Street, 1130 West Pender Street and 1095 West Pender Street.
