From Highway 1, take exit 26 and follow signs for Hastings Street. Remain on BC-7A W / E Hastings St, until Howe street. Turn right onto Howe Street followed by a left of West Pender. The Evergreen Building is located on your right hand side.

Entrance to the parkade is via Hastings Street and an access fob is required to open the gate.
